Approvals & certifications
Our products and applications are provided with the necessary approvals and certifications in the respective country. Anyone who builds with MISAPOR enjoys the highest level of safety.
The strict requirements of the various approval bodies are externally monitored several times a year using material from the factory and construction sites. However, our internal quality inspections take place several times per shift and cover not only the end product, but also all input materials.

Delivery
Container
Every construction site has its own characteristics. We clarify with you in advance which lifting and distribution equipment is available on site and at what rate the installation should take place. Quantities of 60 m3 or more are preferably delivered loose. Smaller quantities in practical big bags of 2 m3 or 3 3 content.
MISAPOR even plays a few trump cards when it comes to delivery: The lower weight means that larger delivery volumes are possible and shipping is much cheaper as a result.
When delivered in bulk, volumes of 60 m3 to 90 m3 per truck are possible. The practical Big Bags (2 m3 capacity each) can be efficiently installed with a construction crane, excavator or multi-purpose equipment due to their low weight of between 350-500 kg per Big Bag. The Big Bags have an outlet spout at the bottom. Time and effort are also minimized thanks to easy opening and metered application.
Delivery by helicopter is also possible – special Big Bags with a volume of 2 m3 are used for transportation.
Vehicles
There is an ideal delivery vehicle for every construction site. We will be happy to clarify the access routes and type of installation for you in advance and organize the transport logistics for you.
Unloaders / blowing in
In addition to tipping or ejecting loose material, you can also hire an unloading sheet for your delivery. Although this increases the unloading time of the vehicle by approx. 1 hour/90m3, a crane can unload the material precisely on the construction site. The time saved for spreading and subsequent compaction is thus reduced by several man-hours. In addition to bulk deliveries, we can also organize crane vehicles for unloading big bags.
MISAPOR is not only excellent for lifting and pouring, but is also suitable for blowing in. This efficient application is a real optimizer, especially on construction sites that are difficult to access.
Delivery planning
MISAPOR is “lean construction ready”. Together with you, we organize the delivery of the material “just in time” on request. The material is installed directly upon delivery. There is no intermediate storage on the already tight construction site. This shortens the construction time and, as we all know, time is money.
Installation
Installation support
So that installers without MISAPOR experience can also experience the full benefits of the material, we can provide you with an application technician on request to guarantee a smooth and fast installation. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please let us know when the installation will take place. We will be there.
Built-in appliances
Depending on the application, the MISAPOR product used and the situation on the construction site, there are better and less suitable paving and compaction machines. Benefit from our experience and ask us about suitable machine types.
Control
Everything done correctly? On request, we can confirm that the installation has been carried out according to all the rules of the art and that the desired performance of the MISAPOR layer has been achieved.
